Connection and changing needs
Reflect on what feels connecting, what has become difficult, and what you would welcome more of. Different people can have different needs for time, closeness, and space.
FAMILY LIFE COACHING / RELATIONSHIPS
Family life includes partnerships, friendships, relatives, adult children, and the relationship you have with yourself. Coaching can help you explore connection, expectations, and the ways you want to participate.
Talk about relationships
WHAT WE CAN EXPLORE
These are possible starting points. Your questions and circumstances guide the focus.
Reflect on what feels connecting, what has become difficult, and what you would welcome more of. Different people can have different needs for time, closeness, and space.
Clarify what you can offer, what you need to protect, and which conversations may help. We can distinguish a request from a personal limit and explore actions within your own control.
Look at responsibility, invisible planning, care, and the expectations people bring into a relationship. Consider whether those arrangements still fit the people and circumstances involved.
WHAT THIS MIGHT LOOK LIKE
You might say, “I keep agreeing to help and then feel stretched too thin.” We could explore the need behind those requests, what you can realistically offer, and words that feel like your own.
SPACE TO REFLECT
IN AND BETWEEN SESSIONS
You can work on a relationship goal individually. If more than one person participates, we first discuss a shared focus and how everyone can take part freely and safely. Coaching creates room for reflection and practice; it does not promise a particular relationship outcome.
What to expect from coachingA CONVERSATION IS A PLACE TO BEGIN
You do not need a perfectly defined goal to get in touch.
